Cancellations
Day Visit Cancellation Policy:
- 48 hours before the booking date and time: $30 administration fee
- 24 hours before the booking date and time: 50% cancellation fee of the total cost
- No Show or same day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee of the total cost
- In the event of fewer attendees than booked: 100% payment required
Please be informed that any changes/modification/amendment/updates of your booking is subject to an administrative charge of $30 per amendment.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
- 5 days before the booking date: $30 administration fee
- From 5 days up to the booking date: 50% cancellation fee of the total cost*
- No Show or same day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee of the total cost*
*Changing/modification/amendment to the dates of your booking is not feasible

Cancellations made by email will be considered from the time the email is sent.
