We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we are happy to help where we can. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below:
Day Visit/Treatment Packages Cancellation Policy:
After booking is confirmed:
Any changes, modifications, or updates to a confirmed booking will incur a $30 administration fee per amendment.Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the booking time:
A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will apply.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time, or no-shows:
A 100% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will apply.
Important Notes:
Note: Existing bookings are fully transferable to another guest for the same service, date, and time.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
- Once booking is confirmed: $30 administration fee
- From 5 days up to the booking date: 50% cancellation fee of the total cost*
- No Show or same day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee of the total cost*
*Changing/modification/amendment to the dates of your booking is not feasible
In the event of fewer attendees than booked: 100% payment required.
Please be informed that any changes/modification/amendment/updates of your booking is subject to an administrative charge of $30 per amendment.
Cancellations made by email will be considered from the time the email is sent.
