How It Works
- Fixed Value: Our gift vouchers are available in various dollar amounts and are valid for 3 years.
- Versatile Use: Vouchers can be used for any of our services, including tea, meals, and products.
- Single Visit: The full value of each voucher must be used in one visit. For larger amounts, consider purchasing multiple vouchers to allow for more flexibility.
Terms and Conditions
- Expiration: Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Once expired, they cannot be used.
- Single-Use: The total value must be used in a single visit.
- Advance Booking: Due to high demand, please book at least 1 week in advance.
- Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or combined with other discounts.
- Cancellation Policy: For day visits, notify us at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellation. For overnight stays, 5 days notice is required. Failure to do so will void the voucher.
Booking with a Gift Card
When booking, simply provide us your gift voucher number via email during booking confirmation. If your booking exceeds the voucher value, additional payment will be required. If your booking is less than the voucher amount, payment can be made via bank transfer or pay onsite:
